Suicide bomber rips Maiduguri Police Headquaters apart

A suicide bomber at about 12 pm today drove a bomb-ladden car into the police headquarters in Maiduguri before detonating the explosives.
A source within the vicinity confided in Elombah.com that the sound of the explosive vigorously shook the Police building and other buildings within the vicinity to their foundation.
However, further details of the strike remain unclear as the area is said to have been cordoned off by security operatives.

4 Policemen Confirmed dead as Suicide Bomber hits Maiduguri Police Hqs.
Latest detail emanating from the suicide attack at the Police Headquaters in Maiduguri, the Bornu State Capital has it that 4 Policemen has been confirmed dead including the suicide bomber who drove the vehicle, bringing the total casualty to 5.
Several others are said to have sustained various degrees of injuries and have been rushed to various hospitals for urgent medical attention.
Bornu State have been a theatre of war between government forces and islamic extremists Boko Haram, with hundred of innocent citizens murdered in cold brood.
